By accessing or using the PromptBlocks website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to share your account with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to create, upload, and share content. You retain all your ownership rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute it in connection with our Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Post defamatory, abusive, obscene, or threatening content
• Distribute viruses or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect or track personal information of other users

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PromptBlocks and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PromptBlocks.

5. Credits System and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Users receive a limited number of free starter credits upon registration and can purchase additional credits through our available plans (Starter, Creator, Pro).

Credits are consumed when using specific features, including but not limited to prompt generation (0.25 credits per prompt) and image analysis (2 credits per image). Different features may consume different amounts of credits.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change credit costs and pricing upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing structure.

Credits do not expire, but we reserve the right to implement an expiration policy with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall PromptBlocks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
